Kathy Anderson

Senior Director of Program Services

Kathy has over 20 years of conference planning experience in private industry and government agencies. Kathy earned a Bachelor's of Art from the University of Maryland; and is currently pursuing further education to become a Registered Dietitian.

Stephanie Donolli

Director of Public Policy

Stephanie began her ALTHA career as an intern in the summer of 2006. Since then she has completed both her BS in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and more recently an MPH in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University. ALTHA welcomed her full-time in January 2009. Stephanie is a member of the American Public Health Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Michael O'Donnell

Director, Government Relations

Michael joined ALTHA in 2011 after working several years as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton providing business process and strategic analysis services for a multitude of federal clients.  He received his BA in International Business and Management from Dickinson College.
